T One Five exists to support and encourage the Cuban Church through humanitarian relief and spiritual care. Beginning in Central Cuba, our mission is to come alongside local churches as they serve their communities, glorify God, and build His Kingdom throughout the nation.
We envision a Cuba transformed through a strong and thriving local Church—one equipped to care for its people, grow the Body of Christ, and mobilize missionaries to reach communities across the island.
Everything we do is rooted in the Great Commission and the Greatest Commandment, with a commitment to humanitarian care, integrity and character, and a deep understanding and respect for Cuban culture and perspective.
T One Five was founded in 2026 by Rick McLain with a desire to strengthen and serve the local church in Cuba. What began with a burden for the challenges facing Cuban communities grew into a vision for long-term partnership—one centered on empowering local pastors, leaders, and believers.
Through relationships with churches across Cuba, T One Five seeks to understand the needs of each community and respond in ways that create lasting impact. Rather than simply providing temporary relief, we want to help equip churches with the resources, training, and support they need to serve their people well.
Our heart is to come alongside what God is already doing in Cuba—building relationships, developing leaders, meeting practical needs, and helping local churches become stronger for generations to come.
